Black Hawk Working Dog is suitable for dogs of all lifestages including puppies, however we do recommend if you can to feeding Black Hawk puppy foods during their puppyhood.

Ideal feeding quantities vary by breed, age, activity level, body condition and neutered status, so the following information is a guide only. Adjust to suit your dog’s needs. Or use our online feeding calculator for a more specific feeding recommendation.

Moderate Activity = Dogs undertaking approximately 1-3 hours of vigorous exercise per day, such as running, hiking, agility, hunting, or stock work.

High Activity = Working dogs or highly active dogs undertaking approximately 3-6 hours of strenuous activity per day, such as stock work, hunting, sledding, endurance exercise, or other sustained work.
