We are proud to support the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Dog Handlers Association in their mission to enhance the welfare of retired military working dogs. Through our partnership, we provide them with the Black Hawk Original Mature Range, to ensure these brave animals enjoy a healthy and comfortable life after their service.

Honoring the Service of Our Loyal Companions
Established in 2023, the Retired Military Working Dog Program is designed to assist the handlers that have undertaken the release from service of their Military Working Dog. The RAAF Dog Handlers Association helps cover expenses, allowing these loyal companions to thrive in a loving home environment. Since the program's inception, they have proudly supported over 70 retired military working dogs.
Their commitment goes beyond just providing dog food. The RAAF facilitates the transition from service life, offers veterinary care, and raises awareness about the unique needs of retired military dogs. By doing so, they honour the contributions of these brave dogs and ensure they receive the love and care they deserve in their post-service lives.
At Black Hawk, we remain dedicated to advocating for these loyal companions, ensuring they are treated with the respect and dignity they earned during their service to our nation.
