Black Hawk $25 Puppy Food Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. To receive the $25 Pet Circle voucher you must fill in the details in the online form on the Black Hawk website here.
2. To be eligible you must have a new puppy from a Black Hawk MasterBreeder and be an Australian resident with an Australian residential/postal address.
3. We will use our best endeavours to email you the voucher code within 1 hour after you submit a complete form. Please ensure your details are correct, otherwise you may not receive the email.
4. The voucher code can only be redeemed online at the Pet Circle website, https://www.petcircle.com.au. This voucher is not valid at any other store.
5. The discount code will be valid for use until the expiry date set out on the email.
6. The voucher code gives you $25 off the current retail price on the Pet Circle website for one bag of Black Hawk Original Puppy or Black Hawk Grain Free Puppy food.
7. The unique code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, nor be redeemed for cash, nor exchanged for any other products. The code is not for resale and can only be used by the person who receives the email.
8. The $25 voucher is applied before shipping fee.
9. One discount code can be used per puppy.
10. Our privacy policy governs how we will collect, use and disclose your personal information. We collect, hold and use your personal information (e.g. your name, address, contact details, puppy and breeder information etc) for the purposes of sending you the voucher and, if you opt in, to communicate to you about Masterpet products and services (including under our Black Hawk brands) that may interest you. If you don’t provide your personal information we are not able to send you the voucher.
11. We may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and third parties, including our marketing agencies and contractors in Australia and New Zealand.
