This means they are grown or farmed locally in Australia. Are the ingredients listed in the product by wet weight or dry weight?

We always use dehydrated mass in our calculations of percentage of inclusion of ingredients in our recipes. All ingredients are dried and concentrated which helps them to withstand the cooking temperatures in the extrusion process. Many of the ingredients included are prepared for us at our own plant in Queensland (Aristopet) so we are very confident in the quality.
